Random Ramblings

Here I am again in my chemistry lecture. It has been a rough week and it is only Tuesday.   I have always wondered, how do people make their life manageable?  I am a college student with a small part time job and I have trouble getting things done because my schedule always seems full.  Even what I have that's labeled as "free time"is not actually free. Maybe it is because I'm always watching things on Youtube like this.

Life Can Be A Mystery

While sitting in a lecture hall waiting for my chemistry lecture to start I, like most college students, wish I wasn't here.  I could be back at home playing the new copy of Borderlands 2 that I picked up a few days ago.  I could be rocking a heavily enchanted deadric ax in Skyrim.  In fact, I have actually played Skyrim on my laptop in class already.  The point it would seem would be to get a good education so I can get a career and get some money to pay for my extreme gaming habits.  I don't know, it just seems pointless sometimes.

PlayStation Vita Is A Hit

At it's worldwide release on February 22, 2012, there were doubts about how successful the PlayStation Vita system would be after the figures in Japan.  But soon after the release, Sony gave out some numbers that surprised many.  As of February 26, there were 1.2 million systems sold and over 2 million games sold.  The figure for games is surprising because there are only 25 of them out, so having 2 million sold is a good sign, especially after the Japan figures.  Read the PlayStation released figures here.

E3 Announcements

So far rumors have been flying around about what major things are going to be unveiled at this year's E3.  Some of these rumors have been quelled while others have been confirmed.  The biggest of these are the rumors about the next-gen systems that will be announced.  The rumors about the Nintendo Wii U have been confirmed.  The rumors about the Sony PS4 have been shot down, and the new Microsoft System, sometimes called the Xbox 720 are still up for grabs.  We will just have to wait and see if the new Xbox will come true or not......
